What data this website processes
Information you provide
If you fill in the contact form or email us, we process the details you provide: your name, your email address and, optionally, your phone number, your company and the content of your message. We use this data to answer your question and to follow up on our conversation.
How you use the website
If you give your consent through the cookie bar, we use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used: which pages are visited, for how long, and how visitors arrived at them. Your IP address is truncated in the process. Without your consent, this does not happen and the script is not loaded. Full details are in the cookie policy.
What we do not process
This website does not ask for sensitive data, does not keep user accounts and does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Legal basis
- Answering your question: on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in communicating with customers and interested parties.
- Measuring usage: solely on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for commercial purposes. On this website there is one recipient, and only with your consent: Google Analytics, for measuring usage.
In addition, your data is processed by the parties we need in order to operate, such as the party that hosts this website and our email provider. They process your data only on our instructions.
How long we keep your data
Messages received through the form or by email are kept for as long as necessary to handle your question and follow up on the contact. Data that must be retained by law, for example for accounting purposes, is kept for as long as the law requires.
Google Analytics measurement data is retained in line with that service's settings, for a maximum of 2 years.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to have its processing restricted, to receive your data in a readable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Please send any question or request to [email protected]. We will respond as quickly as we can, and in any case within the statutory period of one month.
If you feel we are not handling your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
Security
This website is served entirely over an encrypted connection and does not load any scripts, fonts or images from third parties. What the site does do is set out in the cookie policy.
Changes
If anything changes in what we process or why, we will update this page and the date at the top.
