NXT start is for small businesses and start-ups with up to 10 employees. It covers the essentials of a modern business: the Microsoft 365 licences you need, backup, EDR, MDM and configuration to the CIS baseline.

For remote support, NXT start gives you a bundle of NXT credits every month. Whatever you do not use carries over, so you can save them up and use them when you need them.

Just one. Whether you work alone or with fifty colleagues, we can help. The price per employee is higher for a small team, because the fixed costs are shared across fewer people.

NXT start is designed for businesses with up to ten employees and has a fixed price per seat.

From NXT one, remote support is unlimited for everything your MSP plan covers.

With NXT start you get a bundle of NXT credits for remote support every month; how many depends on your number of seats. Anything you do not use carries over for later. On-site support is limited with NXT start and included from NXT one.

NXT step adds proactive security and reporting to NXT one: extended M365 protection, phishing attack simulations, risk-based identity protection, extra protection for cloud apps, BYOD management and DLP in a starter configuration. You also get an annual disaster and recovery test, an annual disaster, recovery and security plan, an asset and lifecycle report, a technology review meeting and M365 online training.

On top of NXT step, NXT level adds a full audit package: an annual security audit, an in-depth network scan, a vulnerability scan, a public exposure scan and an MFA audit. You also get an annual executive report, intensive phishing simulations, advanced DLP management and a disaster and recovery test twice a year instead of once.

In practice, we almost always work out a tailored price. The amounts on this page are a guide: they give you a reliable sense of the order of magnitude, but the final proposal starts from your infrastructure, your current licences and what you actually need.

That is even more true from 40 employees, because organisations of that size can differ a lot.

Yes. Every plan includes all the licences a professional business needs: the Microsoft 365 Business Premium apps such as Word, Excel, Defender, Intune and SharePoint, a professional backup licence and a licence for central email signature management.

If you already have Microsoft licences running, you will not pay twice. For as long as your current licences run, you get a discount on your subscription.

Every plan includes the full Microsoft 365 cloud backup: mailboxes, Teams chats, SharePoint and OneDrive, every day. From NXT one, configuration is added on top, and that means two things.

First, we set up and maintain the backup environment, so new users, teams and SharePoint sites are included in the backup automatically instead of quietly being left out. Second, we also keep a backup of the configuration of your Microsoft 365 environment itself: not just your data, but the settings behind it too.

You can cancel at any time. We do not tie you to a fixed term. You stay with us because it works, not because a contract says you must. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.

With NXT start, we charge a one-off setup fee at the start. It covers the work of setting up your environment properly, and means you are free to stop afterwards.

With NXT one, NXT step and NXT level, there is no setup fee. If you stop early, we charge a small percentage for the work we have already delivered.

Yes, in either direction. If you grow and need more, you move up. If a lighter plan suits you better, that works too.

One thing to bear in mind: licences with a running term cannot be stopped early. They continue until the end of their term. Everything we deliver ourselves adjusts straight away.

We simply take it under management. You do not need to replace anything to get started: we bring your existing devices into the system and manage them from day one.
