IT that'spixel-perfect

Licences that belong to the agency, large files that reach the client and the printer without fuss, and Macs that can handle a deadline. You design, we keep the IT running.

Tools we manage include
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Microsoft 365
  • SharePoint
  • Jamf
  • Synology
  • Licences on personal accounts

Creative Cloud on a designer's own account. When they leave, the licence leaves with them, and sometimes the files do too.

Licences that belong to the agency

We buy, assign and reassign them. When someone leaves, their licence goes to the next colleague.

  • Files too big for email

A campaign for the printer or images for a client: cue the hunt for a sharing link, and a version that isn't the latest.

    Share with a single link

You share a folder with the client or printer through a secure link. Always the latest version, with permissions you decide.

  • Years of work on one drive

Every client's archive sits on an external drive on someone's desk. Whether there's a copy anywhere, nobody knows.

An archive with a copy elsewhere

Local storage for large files, with an encrypted copy at a second location and regular restore tests.

Macs that can keep up

Large files call for powerful machines. We advise on the right Mac, deliver it ready to work and manage it. Pay up front or spread the cost, whichever suits you.

  • MacBook ProFor design work and heavy files.
  • Mac StudioFor the heaviest workloads, at a fixed desk.
  • Studio DisplayColour-accurate display, on a single cable.

You design.
We keep your IT
pixel-perfect.

And the rest of your IT is covered too

Design software runs on a foundation, and we look after that too. Already working with an IT partner? Then we work co-managed and agree who takes on what.

How we get started

  1. Introductory call

We look at how your agency works: which software you use, how many designers you have and where your projects and archive live today.

  2. Assessment

We map your current setup, from licences and devices to storage and backup, and show what could be better.

  3. Proposal

You get a clear proposal with a fixed price per employee per month, so you know exactly where you stand from the start.

Questions from agencies

Do you buy our Adobe licences too?

Yes. We buy and manage licences for Adobe Creative Cloud, among others, and keep track of who uses which one. When someone leaves, their licence goes to the next colleague.

Can we share large files safely with clients and the printer?

Yes. Through SharePoint or your Synology NAS you share a folder with a secure link, always the latest version and with permissions you decide.

We often work with freelancers. Can they be included?

Yes. A freelancer gets access to the folders they need, and nothing more. When the work ends, we close that access.

Do you only work with Apple devices?

No. Apple is where we come from and where we're strongest, but we manage Windows devices and mixed environments just as well. Everything comes together in the same Microsoft 365 environment, with the same security and the same central management.

What size of agency do you work with?

From a single person upwards. We're active in Limburg, Antwerp, Flemish Brabant and East Flanders.
