What does a managed IT contract or IT management cost?
That depends on the number of users and the plan that suits you. Our pricing is transparent: have a look at the pricing page and see what works for you.
How quickly do you respond when something goes wrong?
Every incident is given a priority, and anything critical comes first. If you have a service agreement, it sets out what we've agreed. If you're stuck and need someone straight away, just give us a call.
Can you work with our existing hardware?
Absolutely. We start from what you already have and build on it. Nobody gets pushed into unnecessary costs.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. You're not tied to a long-term contract. Would you rather sign up for a year anyway? Then you get a good discount. Flexibility comes first for us.
Do you work with Apple devices too?
We're an Apple-first IT partner. We manage both Windows and Apple environments, and we're at home with macOS and iOS in a business setting.
We already have an IT partner. Can you still help?
No problem. We can take everything over if you'd like, or work alongside your current partner. We're a team, not a competitor.
Do you work across the whole of Flanders?
Our core area is Antwerp, Limburg, Flemish Brabant and East Flanders, but we're glad to help anyone out of a fix. Just ask whether we can come to you on site.
