IT thatbuildsalongsidearchitects

A Teamwork project that syncs smoothly, licences that add up, and drawings you can share with contractors and consulting engineers without the detours. You design, we keep the IT running.

Teamwork project synced

Tools we manage include
  • Archicad
  • BIMcloud
  • Vectorworks
  • SketchUp
  • Adobe
  • Microsoft 365
  • Synology
  • Teamwork that keeps stalling

One person can't send their changes, another is waiting on a reservation. The project sits on a server nobody really looks after.

    Teamwork that just works

Your projects live in BIMcloud SaaS. We manage users and permissions, so every designer connects without a hitch.

  • No overview of your licences

Vectorworks, SketchUp and Adobe spread across different accounts. When someone leaves, their licence goes with them or sits there unused.

    One overview of every licence

You know who has which licence. When someone leaves, their licence passes to the next colleague.

  • Drawings too big for email

A project of several gigabytes for the contractor? Then comes the hunt for a sharing link, and a version that isn't the latest.

    Share drawings with one link

You share a folder with the contractor through a secure link. Always the latest version, with permissions you decide.

What nxtbit does for your practice

The software you design with, the devices it runs on and the way you share your drawings. We make sure it all works together.

BIMcloud and Archicad Teamwork

Are your Teamwork projects still running on your own server? We support the move to Graphisoft's BIMcloud SaaS. After that, we manage users and permissions so your team works together on one model.

Licences

Vectorworks, SketchUp and Adobe: we purchase, assign and convert them. We also help set up Vectorworks Cloud Services.

  • Vectorworksassigned
  • SketchUpassigned
  • Adobefree for a new colleague

Sharing drawings

Share securely with contractors, consulting engineers and clients, through SharePoint or your Synology NAS.

Workstations that can take the load

Rendering and large models need powerful machines. We advise on the right Mac or PC, roll it out and manage it.

  • Mac or PC Specced for rendering and large models.
  • Displays Large, calibratable, properly connected.
  • Plotters and printers Drivers and consumables under control.

And the rest of your IT is covered too

Architecture software runs on a foundation, and we look after that too. Already working with an IT partner? Then we work co-managed and agree who takes on what.

How we get started

  1. Introductory call

We look at how your practice works: which software you use, how many designers you have and where your projects live today.

  2. Assessment

We map your current setup, from Teamwork projects to licences and backup, and show what could be better.

  3. Proposal

You get a clear proposal with a fixed price per employee per month, so you know exactly where you stand from the start.

Questions from architects

Can you move our Teamwork projects to BIMcloud SaaS?

Yes. If your projects are still on your own BIMcloud server, we support the migration to Graphisoft's BIMcloud SaaS. After that, we manage users and permissions.

Do you also purchase our software licences?

Yes. We buy and manage licences for Vectorworks, SketchUp and Adobe, among others, and keep track of who uses which licence.

Do you work with both Mac and Windows?

Yes. We're Apple specialists, but we manage Windows devices just as well. Plenty of practices run a mix, and for us that's the normal situation.

We already have an IT partner. Can we work together?

Yes. We also work co-managed, alongside your current IT partner. Together we agree who takes on what.

What size of practice do you work with?

From a single person upwards. We're active in Limburg, Antwerp, Flemish Brabant and East Flanders.
